Wednesday: 6:00PM-7:30PM (Kung Fu Mixed Levels)

Wednesday: 7:30PM-9:00PM (Muay Thai Kick Boxing Mixed Levels)

Friday: 6:15PM-7:15PM (Beginners)

Friday: 7:15PM-9:30PM (Intermediate & Advance)

Saturday: 1:00PM-3:00PM (Private Lessons)

 

 

Interested in joining our group?

We are currently seeking new membership for our Kung Fu & Lion team. No previous experience neccessary. If you are the right candidate, we will train you. We're most interested in a new Lion Head player. Preferable around the 110lbs range, to perform on jongs or "poles" for performances and possible competition.
